Eunice

 DC Eunice Noon is a cop who first appears in episode 4, inspecting the body of Clive Koch. She feels bad for James and Alyssa, because they were both still children and she thought that they deserved another chance, even though they murderered a man, while her work partner DC Teri Darego is much colder towards the teenagers.
